摘要
研究了减温阀门气体渗氮工艺,分析了渗氮温度、渗氮时间对其力学性能的影响。并进行了寿命对比实际考核,结果表明,所制定的工艺路线完全满足技术条件要求,寿命提高3~6 倍。
The technology of gas-nitration of the reducing-temperature valve was studied.The effects of nitration temperature and time on the mechanical properties were analysed.The test results of checking on working life of the reducing-temperature valve show that the parts nitrided reach the technical specifications,and the working life of the valve is 3-6 times longer with this technology formulated.
