摘要
以33名物理教师为调查样本,在充分界定高效教学的基础上,通过设置开放性问题探寻一线教师对高效物理教学行为的归因。研究表明:教学评价体系、教学设计能力、实验资源配置和教学机智是依次影响高效物理教学行为落实的主要因素。
This paper studies on the main influential factors in the high-efficiency physics teaching behavior by setting open questions in the investigation of the samples of 33 physics teachers,which is based on the clear definition of the high-efficiency teaching.Our study proves that the teaching evaluation system,the capacity of instructional design,the allocation of resource in experiment and teaching resourcefulness are the main factors which influence the implementation of the high-efficiency physics teaching behavior in a decrease order.
