摘要
从有限理性角度探析了农村大学生就业行为,提出了相较之于城镇大学生的农村大学生有限理性程度的度量方法。结果表明,影响农村大学生就业有限理性的认知因素主要有认知广度和认知深度,而环境因素主要有体制因素、经济因素和家庭因素。
This paper explored the employment behavior of rural college students from the perspective of bounded rationality and proposed a method to measure the level of bounded rationality for rural college student in comparison with urban college students.The results showed that the cognitive factors,which impact bounded rationality of employment of rural college students,mainly include breadth and depth of cognizance,and environmental factors mainly include institutional,economic and family factors.
