摘要
综述广式凉果中降硫技术研发现状。介绍浸泡漂洗法、化学氧化法、生物氧化法以及物理手段处理新技术在广式凉果脱除二氧化硫残留方面的应用研究进展,展望广式凉果降硫技术发展趋势。
The status of SO2 removal technology from Cantonese-style preserved fruit was summarized.Advances in immersion washing,chemical oxidation,biological oxidation and new physical technology were used in SO2 removal from Cantonese-style preserved fruit,and had a preliminary outlook of sulfur reduction technology trends in the Cantonese-style preserved fruit.
