摘要
研究2种时效制度对2A97合金组织性能的影响。研究结果表明:塑性指标随时效温度提高和时效时间延长而降低;对于同一时效温度,随着时效时间的延长,强度出现峰值,时效温度越高,出现峰值的时间越短;时效前适当的预变形可以增加位错密度,为θ′相和T1相提供更多的形核点,使时效析出相数目增多,析出相尺寸细化,从而保证合金具有良好塑性的同时有较高的强度;2A97合金的峰值时效制度是在165℃保温60 h,最佳应变时效制度为预变形6%后在135℃保温60 h。
The effect of two different aging processes on microstructure and mechanical properties for alloy 2A97 were studied. The results show that plasticity decreases with the increase of aging temperature and aging time. Strength can reach the peak value with the increase of aging time, and the higher the aging temperature, the shorter the time for peak value. Proper predeformation amount before aging can increase the dislocation density which provides more nucleation for phase θand phase Tl. As a result, more and finer precipitates form and lead to higher strength with favorable plasticity. The aging process for peak value of alloy 2A97 is aged at 165 ℃ for 60 h, and the optimum strain aging process is aged at 135 ℃ for 60 h with a predeformation amount of 6%.
