摘要
传统的经济调度模型通常只考虑购电费用和污染物排放,很少考虑到总体能源消耗。在经济调度基本模型的基础上,本研究充分考虑了电力市场中的交易因素、环保因素以及能耗因素,通过定义环保价格系数和能耗价格系数,在污染物排放、能源消耗和价格之间建立直接联系,提出了一种综合考虑能源节约、环境保护和经济效益的节能调度模型。通过在经典的六机系统上进行验证,证明该模型充分兼顾节能、环保的性能。
Traditional economic dispatch model usually consists of power purchasing cost and pollutant emission,but seldom considers overall energy consumption.Based on the basic economic dispatch model,this research fully considers trading factors, environmental protection factors and energy consumption factors.Through defining environmental price index and energy price index,establishing direct connections between pollutant emission,energy consumption and price,the paper brings up an energy-saving dispatching model which takes a comprehensive consideration of energy-saving,environmental protection and economic benefits.Through testing on classic system,it proves that this model fully considers energy-saving and environmental protection.
