摘要
通过研究钢结构住宅成套技术体系,说明钢结构住宅具有很多经济和技术上的优势,满足可持续发展的需要;同时从科技进步的角度阐述钢结构住宅的发展必须走产业化道路,我国住宅产业化的趋势也将为钢结构住宅提供更加广阔的发展前景。
Through studying the technical system of steel residential building,many economic and technical advantages are indicated about steel housing,and which meets the needs of sustainable development.For the perspective of science and technology,the development of steel housing must walk the industrialization way,and the trend of housing industrialization can provide more broad prospects for steel residential building in China.
