摘要
目的:通过流程图的应用达到规范增强检查流程,以提高整体护理质量和管理质量,有效预防、控制对比剂毒副反应的发生。方法:设计增强检查前准备流程图、检查过程流程图、对比剂毒副反应抢救流程图,并按设计步骤、内容逐一实施。结果:流程图的应用规范了检查流程,使患者得到持续整体化的护理,对比剂毒副反应发生率及程度明显降低,缩短了抢救时间,提高了放射科医务人员的急救意识和急救技能。结论:流程图在对比剂毒副反应预防与急救处理中的应用具有重要的临床价值。
Objective：To achieve the standard enhancement scanning flow through the application of flowcharts,can improve the quality of care,prevent and control the occurrence of contrast agent side reaction.Methods：Schemed the enhancement preparation,inspection process and contrast agent toxicity rescue procedure,enforced all the action according to the design.Results： The using of flowcharts regulated the examination,the patients obtained continual care,the incidence and extent of contrast medium toxicity had significant decrease,shortened the rescue time and improved the radiologists＇ rescue awareness and skill.Conclusion：The application of flowcharts in prophylaxis and first aid of contrast agent side reaction had considerable clinical value.
