摘要
针对关键备件,以规定可用度为约束条件,以单位时间内的期望费用最低为目标,通过分析单元的可靠性与订购决策的关系,建立了一个更新周期内,基于单元可靠性的备件订购决策模型,并给出了相应应用示例,示例说明了模型的适用性与灵敏性。
In view of complex critical spare parts,the prescriptive availability is selected as constraint,the average cost per unit time is identified as optimization objective,through analyzing the connection between unit reliability and purchasing decision,it established a purchasing decision model of critical spare parts based on unit reliability in a updating cycle,and also gave an application case,in which the applicability and sensitivity of the model were proved.
