摘要
流体机械复杂曲面较多且影响产品的性能,因此设计周期长,校核判断复杂。结合正向设计和逆向设计优势,提出基于特征约束的零件正逆向混合建模技术和整机混合设计思想。运用该设计思想对某风机进行了整机设计开发,通过对各特征零部件的结构构形和分类,采用不同的建模手段建立了精确的整机CAD模型,利用混合建模技术对该通风机叶轮的曲面重构做了重点阐述和分析;并在原有产品基础上进行参数化的二次开发,提高了设计效率和产品设计品质。
Fluid machinery with more complex surfaces affect product performance,design cycle is long,and check complex.Combination of forward and reverse design advantages,proposed feature-based constraints reverse,the parts are mixed hybrid modeling techniques and machine design.Use of this for a fan design and development,using different modeling tools to establish a precise CAD model machine.Manufacture of parts and components,and surface reconstruction of the fanimpeller are analyzed,and based on the original products, the secondary development of parameters is carried out,and design efficiency and product design quality are improved.
