摘要
采用主成分分析法对目前山东半岛城市群8个地级市水资源3个子系统的可持续利用水平进行了评价,根据评价结果划分了3种类型区:青岛属于类型区Ⅰ;威海、烟台、潍坊、日照、东营属于类型区Ⅱ;淄博,济南属于类型区Ⅲ。并从自然和社会经济条件两方面分析了类型区的成因,最后针对不同类型区提出了控制人口数量、加快产业结构调整、发展循环经济以提高废水利用率、增加生态用水比例等相关对策。
The principal component analysis method was employed to evaluate the sustainable utilization level of water resources of 8 cities(3 sub-systems) in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.3 different types of areas were divided according to the results of evaluation: Qingdao(typeⅠ);Weihai,Yantai,Weifang,Rizhao and Dongying(type Ⅱ);Zibo and Jinan(type Ⅲ).The causes for various types were analyzed from the natural and socioeconomical conditions.Some countermeasures were put forward for different types of areas,including control of population quantity,adjustment of industrial structure,development of recycling economy to improve the use efficiency of wastewater and increase of proportion of ecological water,etc.
