研究生科学信念的内涵及培养途径探析

摘要 研究生是我国未来主要的科研骨干,是我国社会主义现代化建设的生力军。研究生教育的质量关系着我国人才培养的整体水平和学术研究的传承与发展。然而,当前研究生科研道德缺失的问题日益凸显出来,一些违反科研道德的事件屡屡见诸于报端。笔者认为,在培养研究生成才的过程中,树立正确的科学信念是极为重要的方面。本文论述了科学信念的内涵,并且提出了几点培养研究生科学信念的有效途径,如努力加强研究生的道德自律、充分发挥导师的示范作用、积极营造良好的学术氛围、多渠道加强研究生科研道德教育等。 Graduate students are the backbone of China's future primary research, is China's socialist modernization construction.The quality of graduate education relationship with our overall level of personnel training and academic study of inheritance and development.However,the current lack of post-graduate research and ethical issues become increasingly prominent,a number of events that repeatedly breach of scientific ethics seen in the newspapers.The author believes that graduate students taught in the training process,establish a sound scientific belief is very important respect.This article discusses the meaning of scientific faith,and made a few post-graduate scientific training an effective way of faith,such as efforts to strengthen the moral self-discipline graduate student,give full play to the exemplary role of mentor,and actively create a favorable academic atmosphere,and more channels to enhance Research ethics education of graduate education.
