克山病监测中的心电图描记操作要标准化

Cardiogram operation should be standardized in Keshan disease surveillance

目的 证实心电图机抗干扰键对心电图ＱＲＳ波群振幅和形态的影响及其程度。方法 对７０ 例受检者进行了使用抗干扰键前后的１２ 导联心电图对比研究，测量并观察ＱＲＳ波群振幅和形态的变化。结果 使用抗干扰键后，描记出来的ＱＲＳ波群振幅降低；ＱＲＳ波群中较小的顿挫和较小的起始波或终末波受到抑制而变小（或消失），两个抗干扰键同时使用时更明显。结论 心电机抗干扰键的使用，虽可明显提高心电图描记的清晰度，但亦可造成波形和振幅的失真，影响心电图的正确判读，因此在心电图描记操作中应尽量不使用，而应从根本上减少干扰信号。在克山病病情监测中，对心电图的描记操作、测量、诊断等，各监测单位应统一按照“标准化”进行，保证心电图质量，保证克山病监测水平。

Objective To confirm influence and degree of the key of resisting disturbance on cardiogram machine on QRS wave and shape.Methods 70 cases'12 leads cardiogram was studied before and after using key of resisting disturbance,to measure and observe change of swing and shape.Results After using the key of resisting disturbance,QRS swing decreased;smaller pause and smaller primary or ultimate wave decreased (or disappeared),it was more obvious when two keys of resisting disturbance were used simultaneously.Conclusions To use the key of resisting disturbance can cause distortion of QRS swing and shape,influence cardiogram correct judgement,although it can improve clearness of cardiogram obviously.We shouldn't use the key of resisting disturbance as soon as possible in cardiogram operation,and that reducing disturbance signal radically.In Keshan disease surveillance,each surveillance unit should accord “standardization” on operation、measurement、diagnosis of cardiogram,in order to ensure quality of cardiogram and level of Keshan disease surveillance.
