摘要
针对橡胶助剂"三废"治理的形势,分析了实现循环经济"绿色化工"加强三废治理的途径,论述了清洁生产需要加快无毒助剂的新品开发,研究了逐步推进橡胶助剂清洁生产工艺的终端"三废"治理,提出了橡胶助剂生产企业的"三废"治理措施。
