Full employment of undergraduates is related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood,while the employment rate may affect a nation＇s prosperity and stability.Based on the analysis of undergraduate employment situations,a new model against employment bottlenecks is put forward to be oriented to market,coordinating with government,reforming the specialty structure and enhancing innovation and self-development.
