Determination of Mercury in Cosmetic from Shenzhen Markets by Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的了解深圳市场化妆品中汞含量。方法用冷原子吸收法对企业送检化妆品及美容院化妆品中汞含量进行检测。结果该方法检出限0.003 mg/kg,精密度在3.8%~6.1%之间,回收率在92.0%~97.5%之间。非美白祛斑类化妆品中汞无超标现象,美白祛斑类化妆品中汞有超标现象,最高超标45 700倍。美白祛斑类化妆品汞超标率2005年为9.6%,2006年为7.7%,2007年为7.0%,2008-2010年无超标,美容院产品超标率为58.3%。结论美容院的美白祛斑化妆品存在较严重的汞污染卫生问题。 Objective To investigate the contents of mercury in cosmetics from Shenzhen markets.Methods The contents of mercury in the samples from some cosmetics manufacturers and beauty shops in Shenzhen city were measured by cold atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The detection limit of the method was 0.003 mg/kg,RSD was 3.8%-6.1%,recovery rate was 92.0%-97.5%.All cosmetics except whitening cosmetic met the hygienic standards,the contents of mercury in some whitening cosmetics were higher that of the national standards,the maximum concentration was 45 700 times than the national standards.The exceeding rates of whitening cosmetics were 9.6%,7.7% and 7.0% in 2005,2006 and 2007,and in 2008-2010 the contents of mercury in whitening cosmetics met the national standards.58.3% of samples from beauty shops exceeded the national standards.Conclusion Severe mercury pollution is common in whitening cosmetics from beauty shops.
