糖化血红蛋白对冠状动脉支架置入后再狭窄的临床意义

摘要 糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)作为糖尿病疗效评定的监测指标以及微血管病变的生化标志正受到临床重视.研究显示HbA1c在预测心血管事件、心血管死亡、总死亡危险方面具有广泛的价值[1],但有关HbA1c水平与冠状动脉支架置入后再狭窄的关系报道较少.本文分析2008年-2010年我院收治的52例成功冠状动脉支架置入患者HbA1c水平,探讨HbA1c对冠状动脉支架置入后再狭窄的临床意义.
