摘要
根据某载货汽车后部防护装置不具有阻挡及缓冲吸能功能的缺点,设计了新型扩胀管式后防护装置,并根据GB11567.2-2001标准中关于汽车后下部防护装置的相关规定,利用LS-DYNA软件对新设计的防护装置进行了仿真分析及法规验证。结果表明,扩胀管在扩胀变形阶段状态稳定,吸能具有线性叠加特性,易于控制;改进后的后防护装置满足相关法规要求,其阻挡及吸能功能也有明显提高。
To solve the defect of rear underrun protective device of a truck which has no functions of blockage and damping and energy absorption,a new expansion tube type rear underrun protective device is designed,and simulative analysis and validation are carried out with LS-DYNA in accordance with related regulation of GB11567.2-2001 concerning vehicle rear underrun protection device.The results show that the expansion tube is stable in the expansion-deformation stage,and features linear overlap characteristic in energy absorption and easy to control;the modified rear underrun protection device satisfies requirement of relevant regulation,its functions of blockage and energy absorption are improved remarkably.
