车站屏蔽门以其节能、安全、环保和降低人工成本等优点,成为现代化地铁及轻轨工程机电设备分支中的重要系统。结合沙特麦加轻轨车站屏蔽门安装工程,以米娜1站台为例,介绍了曲线车站的基本特点及屏蔽门总体安装方案,重点介绍了屏蔽门门槛安装基准的确定、屏蔽门立柱安装砼台沿检测和屏蔽门立柱座基放线定位等重点环节所采取的技术措施。为地铁及轻轨站台屏蔽门安装提供借鉴。
The screening doors of the station,having the advantages of being excellent in saving energy,ensuring security,protecting the environment and lowering human costs,have become an important system of the mechanical and electrical branch of the modernized tube and the light-track projects.With the screening door-fixing project of Platform 1 at Mina of the Mecca Light-track Railway Station of Saudi Arabia as a practical example,the basic characteristics and the general fixing scheme for the screening door are introduced in the paper,with greater stress placed on the introduction to the determination of the fixing datum of the screening door,the fixing of the vertical posts of the screening door,the survey of the concrete platform side,and the lay-out and the positioning of the seats of the screening door,and other key techniques used in the construction.The project may serve as a useful reference for the fixing construction of the platform screening doors of other tubes and light-track railways.
