摘要
利用HPLC法对青海不同产地的15个不同品种青稞中6种B族维生素质量分数进行了测定。结果表明:15个不同品种的青稞,除叶酸(未检出)、VB12(含量较少)外,其余4种所测B族维生素含量均较丰富。其中称多产的二道眉黑青稞VB总量最高,可达0.10842 mg.g-1,民和产的长芒黄脉青稞VB总量最低,为0.03892 mg.g-1;玉树产的四长二短芒白青稞的VB1和烟酸质量分数均为15种青稞中最高,分别可达0.0589 mg.g-1、0.0158 mg.g-1;称多产的二道眉黑青稞的VB2和VB6均为15种青稞中最高,分别可达0.0532 mg.g-1、0.0298 mg.g-1。对实验数据进行了聚类分析,15个青稞品种B族维生素质量分数大致可分为4类,由低到高分别占供试品种的20%、60%、13.3%、6.7%。
In order to provide scientific basis for the quality control and comprehensive utilization of highland barley,we determined the contents of Vitamin B in 15 highland barleys from different regions of Qinghai Province using HPLC.The results indicated that all the highland barleys detected were rich in VB1,VB2,VB6 and nicotinic acid.The total Vitamin B contents in Erdaomei(Chenduo) were the highest among the 15 highland barleys,which could reach 10.842mg·100g-1,while the total Vitamin B contents in Changmanghuangmai(Minhe) were the lowest,only 3.892mg·100g-1.Sichangerduan(Yushu) was rich in VB1(5.89mg·100g-1) and nicotinic acid(1.58mg·100g-1).Erdaomei(Chenduo) was rich in VB2(5.32mg·100g-1) and VB6(2.98mg·100g-1).Cluster analysis indicated that the samples could be divided into 4 groups.The percentages of each group(the contents from lower to higher) were 20%,60%,13.3% and 6.7%,respectively.
