摘要
对8 000 m3低温液氨储罐安装过程的质量控制进行了探讨,指出了需重点关注的设计审查控制,并对施工工艺过程中的材料验收、储罐基础、组装质量、焊接质量、外观质量检查、几何尺寸检查、无损检测、热处理和充水试验的质量控制进行了介绍。
Quality control during construction of a low temperature liquid ammonia tank with a volue of 8 000 m3 was discussed.The key points of design inspection,acceptance of materials,plates assembly,welding quality,macroscopic view,tank dimensions,nondestructive examination,heat treatment and test of filling water were given.
