摘要
研究了温度传感器对触点焊接过程的控制。采用电阻钎焊方式焊接银石墨触点时,焊接温度波动较大,容易导致焊料非预期流动,使得焊接过程难以控制。引入温度控制技术,可以显著降低焊接零件的不合格率。使用温度传感器后,不合格率由12%降为1.8%。
Study was made on the control of resistance brazing process for contact by thermal sensor.The AgC tip resistance brazing may cause temperature fluctuation,leading to unexpected flowing of solder and difficult control of brazing process.The introduction of temperature control can obviously reduce the defect rate from 12% to 1.8%.
