酶解液过滤过程的强化及新型水平带式真空过滤机的应用

摘要 以生物保健品生产过程中难过滤的酶解液为研究对象,考察了该酶解液的物料特性和过滤特性。对该物料进行了过滤过程的强化研究,筛选了合适的助滤剂,探讨了助滤剂添加量、助滤剂使用方法、操作压力对实际分离过程的影响,确定了酶解液的分离工艺,还结合强化过滤过程研究,研发了一种新型水平带式真空过滤机并将其应用于生产实际,解决了生产中的瓶颈问题。 In the paper,it' s studied for fermentation suspension separation in health care production,in which includes the suspension' s characteristic and it' s filtering performanc e test.During the work,the intensification experiment of the fermentation suspension filtration has been carried out.Based on the experimental result,the type of filter aid,the amount of filter aid and the suitable separation method is determined.In addition,a new horizontal belt vacuum filter is developed and used to practice fermentation suspension separation process.
