制霉菌素栓联合甲硝唑泡腾片治疗50例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Nystatin Suppository Combined with Metronidazole Treatment of 50 Exceptions to the Shade of Effervescent Tablets Road Candidiasis with Bacterial Vaginosis

目的应用制霉素栓联合甲硝唑泡腾片治疗50例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病,探讨其疗法及作用机制。方法选择妇科门诊就诊的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病患者100例,实验组50例采用制霉素栓联合甲硝唑泡腾片治疗,对照组50例采用制霉菌素栓置后穹隆治疗。结果实验组和对照组总有效率分别为92.5%、60.6%两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),制霉菌素栓联合甲硝唑泡腾片疗效优于对照组。结论制霉菌素栓联合甲硝唑泡腾片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并细菌性阴道病,疗效显著明显优于采用制霉菌素栓置后穹隆治疗。

Objective Nystatin effervescent suppository combined with metronidazole treatment of 50 exceptions to the shade of Road candidiasis with bacterial vaginosis,and mechanism of the therapy.Methods Vagina vulva gynecology outpatient candidiasis in patients with bacterial vaginosis 100 patients in the experimental group of 50 cases combined with nystatin suppositories effervescent tablets metronidazole treatment,the control group,50 cases were treated with nystatin suppository After the dome home treatment.Results The experimental group and control group,the total effective rate was 92.5%,60.6%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,nystatin combined with metronidazole suppositories effervescent tablets effective than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of Nystatin effervescent suppository combined with metronidazole vaginal candidiasis vulva with bacterial vaginosis,efficacy was significantly better than after the dome home by nystatin suppository treatment.
