高校就业信息网络平台构建探究

Exploration on the Construction of University Employment Information Network

随着信息技术的飞速发展,网络招聘正逐渐成为主要的招聘方式。各高校都纷纷构建就业信息网络平台,但网络平台质量参差不齐,大部分存在更新慢、利用率低等问题,对就业服务和毕业生帮助不大。文章探讨了高校就业信息网络平台构建上的不足,并就此提出了相应的对策。

With the rapid development of information technology, the network employment is gradually becoming an accepted means with which to do employment. Though universities offer careers employment information network, the quality of network is uneven. There exist such problems as its slow update of information and low utilization. All of those status make little effort for university graduates and employment services. This article analyzes the deficiency in the construction of universities employment information network and put forwards the pertained countermeasures.
