摘要
利用双层辉光等离子表面合金化技术,在Q235钢表面直接合成TiN渗镀层,该渗镀层由TiN颗粒均匀分布的扩散层及表面TiN沉积层组成。将TiN渗镀层与Q235钢基体和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在4%的NaOH溶液、l mol/L H2SO4溶液和3.5%NaCl溶液中分别进行电化学腐蚀对比试验。结果表明:在4%的NaOH溶液中,TiN渗镀层的耐蚀性能比Q235钢提高了26.8倍,与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢相当;在l mol/L H2 S04溶液中,TiN渗镀层耐腐蚀性能比Q235钢提高了10.5倍,比1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢提高了1.65倍;在3.5%的NaCl溶液中,TiN渗镀层耐腐蚀性能比Q235钢提高了10.3倍,但比1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢稍差。TiN渗镀层耐酸碱性溶液腐蚀性能要比耐盐溶液腐蚀性能强。
TiN coatings on Q235 steel surface were prepared by double glow plasma surface alloying technique.The TiN coatings consist of outer TiN deposition layer and inner diffusion layer containing evenly distributed TiN particles.The electro-chemical corrosion tests for TiN coatings,1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel and Q235 steel substrate in 4% NaOH,1 mol/L H2SO4 and 3.5% NaCl solutions were carried out.The results show that in 4% NaOH solution the corrosion resistance of TiN coatings is similar to that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stanless steel,which is increased by 26.8 times compared with that of untreated Q235 steel.In l mol/L H2SO4 solution,the corrosion resistance of TiN coatings is increased by 10.5 times and 1.65 times compared with that of untreated Q235 steel and 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel,respectively.In 3.5% NaCl solution,the corrosion resistance of TiN coatings is increased by about 10.3 times compared with that of untreated Q235 steel,but a little lower than that of 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel.Better corrosion resistance of TiN layer is detected in acid and alkaline solutions compared with that in salt solution.
