摘要
文章介绍了一种热示踪相关法测量水平井油水两相流流量的测量方法。该方法利用脉冲热流体流过固定距离所用的时间来测量流体流量。由一个可控热源发生器在周围流体中产生脉冲热流体,当脉冲热流体流过热源发生器下游的温度传感器阵列时,流体的温差将引起温度传感器的测量信号突变,形成标记热脉冲,通过互相关算法求出脉冲热流体流经温度传感器阵列的时间就可以计算流体流量。设计了热示踪相关流量计原理实验样机,并在水平井多相流实验装置上进行了动态实验研究。实验结果表明,采用热示踪相关法测量低产液水平井油水两相流的流量是可行的。
A method of flow rate measurement of oil/water two-phase flow in the horizontal well by using thermal trace correlation method is introduced in the paper.The method measures the fluid flow rate by measuring the time of heat pulse fluid flowing through a fixed distance.A controllable-thermal source generator generates heat pulse fluid in its surrounding fluid,and when the heat pulse fluid flows through the downstream temperature sensor array the fluid temperature difference will cause the temperature sensor measurement signal mutations,then the labeled heat pulse is generated,the flow rate can be calculated by the time which is the heat pulse fluid flows through the temperature sensor array,and the time is obtained used the cross-correlation algorithm.The thermal trace correlation flowmeter experimental prototype is designed,and the research of dynamic experiments has done on the horizontal multiphase flow test equipment. The experimental results shows that using the thermal trace correlation method to measure the flow rate of oil/water two-phase flow is feasible in the low-yielding horizontal well.
