地方本科院校应用型人才培养的理论探讨

Discussing the Training of Application-Oriented Talents of Local Academies

本文从"人才培养模式"的内涵入手,就当前教育阶段现状、人才培养现状和大学生就业现状所反映出来的一些问题,提出地方院校培养应用型人才的必要性,并从人才培养目标与规格、专业设置、人才培养体系、人才培养途径、人才质量评价机制、教育经费六个方面对地方院校的应用型人才培养提出建议。

This article from the content and design idea of the talent training pattern,and analyzes the problems which were reflected by the current education,the talent training pattern and the college students＇ employment situation.this paper puts forward out the necessity of the training of application-oriented talents of local academies.Then,give some suggestion about training goal,talent training specification,professional setting,talent cultivation system,talent cultivation approaches,talent quality evaluation mechanism as well as education funds for local academies.
