摘要
以强壮箭虫Sagitta crassa为试验材料,采用秋水仙素溶液浸泡、冷滴片、空气干燥及Giemsa染色等方法,对其染色体核型进行了分析。结果表明:强壮箭虫有9对染色体,其中6对为中部着丝点染色体(M);1对为亚中部着丝点染色体(SM);2对为端着丝粒染色体(T);其核型公式为2n=18=12M+2SM+4T。文中还比较了两种箭虫的染色体核型的差异。
The ehromosome karyotypes of Chaetognath Sagitta crassa, a popular zooplankton species in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, were studied in the samples collected in Heshijiao bay in April of 1995 by means of cooldropping method. The results showed that the metaphase chromosome number of the samples were found n=9,2n= 18 ,with karyotypic formula 2n = 12M+2SM+4T. A comparison,analysis and discussion on the chromosome karyotypes of the Chaetognaths Sagitta crassa and Sagitta enflata were submitted.
