高校实验技术队伍建设存在的问题及对策研究

Research on existing problems and countermeasures in construction of experiment technology team in colleges and universities

实验技术队伍是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分。建设一支结构合理、相对稳定、业务精湛、掌握现代技术、具有创新活力的实验技术队伍,是进一步深化教学改革和提高教学质量的重要保证。在对湖北省22所高校实验技术队伍建设情况调查的基础上,分析了该省高校实验技术队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出了加强实验技术队伍建设的对策。

The laboratory technical team is an important part of the teachers in colleges and universities.As a significant guarantee to further deepen the educational reform and to enhance the teaching quality,an experimental technical team should be built up with relative stability,which assumes a reasonable structure,excellent professional competence,knowledge of modern technology and vitality to innovate.Based on an investigation of 22 colleges and universities in Hubei Province,this paper analyzes the problems related to the construction of the laboratory technology team.Countermeasures are proposed accordingly.
