摘要
用正交实验探讨了从水芹中提取黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,实验结果表明:在40倍于样重的80%的乙醇浸泡24h,之后再用超声波提取30min。连续提取两次,黄酮的浸出率可达94.6%。
The Optimum extracting condition of flavonoids in Oenanthe javanica were studied,The results showedthat /40: 1 of 80% ethanol ethanol to douse the dried Oenanthe javanica for 24 hours.Ultrasonic treatment lasts for 30 minutes.twice.The extraction average rate was as high as 94.6%.
