摘要
为解决农村沼气池沼渣沼液清除难的问题,设计了户用沼液泵.通过对沼液泵工作介质的分析,确定各过流部件的结构形式,并对过流部件进行水力设计.在叶轮水力设计过程中,对于无法形成光滑内流道的问题给出具体、有效的解决方法,并通过三维造型进行校核,保证了水力设计的合理性.最后对沼液泵在不同工况下进行全流场数值分析计算,预测其性能.
In order to deal with the problem of removing the residue fluid and sludge from the methane pit,a home methane-sludge pump was designed.By analyzing the working medium of the sludge pump,the structure mode of flow-passage components was determined and the hydraulic design of the flow-passage components was performed.In the process of impeller hydraulic design a concrete and effective method was given to deal with the situation;where it was impossible to form a smooth flow passage.Its result was checked with three-dimensional modeling so that the rationality of the hydraulic design was guaranteed.The numerical analysis and computation of flow field were performed for different working conditions of the methane-sludge and its the performance was also predicted.
