摘要
在有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench的Design Modeler(DM)模块中建立液压支架立柱缸体的参数化模型,然后导入该软件的Design Simulation(DS)模块中进行有限元分析。根据有限元分析结果,选取缸体内、外径为设计变量,等效应力和变形量为目标参数,最后在该软件的Design Xplorer(DX)模块中对立柱缸体进行优化。
The parametric model of the cylinder of a hydraulic support column is established in module Workbench-DesignModeler(DM) of finite element software ANSYS,and then the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench-DesignSimulation(DS) module for FEA.The internal diameter and external diameter of the cylinder are selected as design variables,and its equivalent stress and deformation as objective parameters.Finally,the cylinder is optimized in Workbench-Design Xplorer(DX) module according to the FEA results.
