摘要
作为一种新型的桅杆形式,封闭式复合材料桅杆有诸多优点和广泛的应用前景。对雷达罩部分的复合材料结构局部力学特性的研究有现实意义。从试验角度出发,结合数值模拟技术,以单跨静力加载方式和悬臂加载方式,得到不同载荷下复合材料夹层板的应力和变形分布规律,揭示局部结构破坏的主要原因。试验表明:夹层板结构的胶层部分对整体的结构性能有一定影响;复合材料夹层结构在蒙皮内应力值达到强度极限之前即发生破坏,说明对于夹层板结构,层间剥离是导致试件破坏的主要原因。
As a new form,closed composite mast provides a delightful future in application.Some reference can be set to enhance the security from researches on local mechanical characteristics of the composite structure of the radar cap.The contribution pattern of stress and strain in composite sandwich plate under different loading conditions in the form of single span and cantilever is obtained.The weak part has been found out,and major reason of local structure damage has been uncovered.According to the experiment,overall structural performance is influenced by the glue layer;sandwich plate structure has already been damaged before stress reaches its limit.Inter-layer desquamation is the main reason of damage.
