摘要 为了快速检测电玩具的电子线路是否为低功率电路,研制了一种以S3C2440处理器为控制核心,以电子负载器为测量单元的低功率点检测仪。S3C2440通过串口控制电子负载器的阻值,实现电压、电流等参数的测量。检测仪在质量监督检测中得到了实际应用,实验结果表明:这种低功率点检测仪具有操作简单、测量精度高与重复性好等优点,能自动生成检测报表,提高了检测效率和检测精度。 In order to quickly detect whether the electronic circuit of electric toys is low-power circuit,a low-power point detection device which using S3C2440 as controller core and electronic loader as measurement unit is designed.Resistance of electronic loader is controlled by S3C2440 through serial port,and the parameters such as voltage and current are measured.The detection device has been successfully applied in quality supervision and inspection.The experimental results show that the device has advantages of simple operation,high measuring precision,good reproducibility and generating detecting report automatically.As a result,the low-power point detection device has improved the detection efficiency and detection precision.
