摘要
在各级医院面临激烈竞争的形势下,要有效开展品管圈管理,必须发挥领导的重视与示范作用,建立长期有效的沟通机制,创建积极向上的医院文化,建立责任与奖励相结合的激励机制,加强品管人员的实务训练。
In fiercely competitive situation the hospitals at all levels,many management theories have been applied in the hospital management refrom."quality control circle" is one of them,It's necessaryto exert the function of the leadership's attention and demonstration,to the establish the long-term effective communication mechanism,the positive hospital culture,the incentive mechanism of responsibility and reward,and strengthen the personnel training in "quality control circle".
