摘要 以玻璃纤维为增强体系,加入相容剂和其他添加剂,制备了一种增强增韧聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料,探讨了玻璃纤维、相容剂加入对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当PPS、玻璃纤维、相容剂质量比为51:40:9时,制备的复合材料有较好的力学性能和耐热性能。 Glass fiber as reinforeement,a kind of reinforced and toughened PPS composites was prepared with adding compatibilizer and other additives. The effect of glass fiber and compatibilizer on the performance of the compound material was discussed. The results show that when the mass ratio of PPS, glass fiber ,compatibilizer was 51 : 40 : 9, the compound material has the better mechanical capabilities and energetics capabilities.
