摘要
企业社会责任的重要性受到普遍认可,但实践界和理论界往往偏于关注大中型和成熟企业,而小企业和新创企业的社会责任问题成为"灰色地带"。提出了企业社会责任前移的观点,围绕前移的客观要求性、主观可行性和发展战略性,尝试探讨小企业和新创企业是否应当以及如何承担社会责任的问题,以期为相关实践及理论研究指明方向。
The importance of corporate social responsibility has been widely recognized.While both practitioners and scholars often focus on the social behaviors of large-and-medium-sized enterprises that are at the relatively mature stage,the social role of small enterprises and new ventures is usually neglected and has become a ″gray zone″.In this paper,we propose that corporate social responsibility must be brought forward due to the objective requirements from dynamic environment,which is feasible and strategic for new ventures and small enterprises to accomplish the process.Some strategic suggestions are also presented to these firms about how to carry out their social role with limited resources.
