论干部院校的校训设计

On the Motto Design of Leadership Academies

校训设计作为体现办学特色、反映办学理念、宣传办学宗旨、培育特有校风的基础工程,近年来,越来越受到干部院校的重视。干部院校的校训设计要紧紧围绕学校的定位要求、独特校风和办学理念,服务于干部教育培训工作大局,其设计流程可分为调查、分析、评审、提炼、确定等五个阶段。

As the basic undertaking of embodying education-running distinctive features,reflecting education-running principle,publicizing education-running purpose,cultivating unique school spirit,in recent years,the motto design has received more and more attention by leadership academies.This paper firstly expounds the significance and role of motto to leadership academies,then summarizes the historical experiences on cadres education of the CPC and the references of the motto design of colleges and universities from domestic and abroad,analyzes the characteristics and requirements of motto design of leadership academies.According to the design process,author puts forward five stages of motto design of leadership academies and main measures.
