摘要 研究了O'-sialon - ZrO2 - SiC复合材料/不锈钢摩擦副的室温摩擦磨损性能. 室温干摩擦条件下,磨损机制以粘着磨损为主. O'-sialon- ZrO2 - SiC复合材料的磨损率比不锈钢的低一个数量级. 分形结果研究表明,随实验载荷的增加,磨损的加剧,材料对应的分形维数也变大. 实验过程中,材料室温磨损的分形维数变化在1.28 ~1.38 之间. ABSTRACT Friction and wear properties of O '-sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composite and metal pairs were studied at room temperature. It is found that the wear mechanism between O -sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composite and metal pairs were studied at room temperature. It is found that the wear mechanism between O '-sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composite and stainless steel is mainly of adhesive wear under dry condition. The abrasion rate of O -sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composite and stainless steel is mainly of adhesive wear under dry condition. The abrasion rate of O '-sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composite is ten times less than that of stainless steel. It is showed that the fractals dimension is related to the abrasion and the larger the fractals dimension, the greater the abrasion was. The fractals dimension of wear ranges from 1.28 to 1.38.
