摘要
过去的研究忽视了零件表面原始粗糙度对喷丸后形成的粗糙度的重大影响,而表面粗糙度又是考核喷丸质量的重要指标。采用车削、精车削和磨削3种加工方式在300M钢表面形成3种粗糙度,采用不同喷丸工艺,测定了300M钢喷丸前后的表面粗糙度,观察了材料表面形貌,研究了喷丸对300M钢表面粗糙度的影响。结果显示,铸钢弹丸对材料表面形貌影响最显著,0.6 mm铸钢弹丸喷丸对降低车削表面粗糙度有利,Ra降低到1.5μm;0.30 mm陶瓷弹丸喷丸对降低精车削和磨削表面粗糙度有利。
Turning process (TP),ultra-precision turning process (UTP) and grindJournal of Materials Protection ing process (GP) of 300M steel were conducted,and three kinds of surface with different surface roughness were obtained correspondingly.As-machined steel surface was shot-peened under different parameters.The surface roughness of the steel specimens before and after shot-peening was determined,and the surface morphology was observed.Meanwhile,the effects of shot-peening material and grit size on the surface roughness of the steel were investigated.Results show that shot-peening with steel shot has the most remarkable impact on the surface morphology of the steel,and helps to obviously decrease the roughness of TP surface to 1.5 μm.Besides,shot-peening with φ0.3 mm ceramic shot is beneficial to decreasing the roughness of UTP and GP steel surface.
