摘要 介绍一种用散射参数准确设计波导滤波器的方法,并给出一个滤波器设计实例和仿真结果。设计时先对滤波器结构进行分析,采用微波网络综合以及滤波器设计理论计算出腔间耦合结构散射参数的理论值,并给出相关设计公式以及具体仿真方法。用高频结构仿真软件(HFSS)进行仿真时,对滤波器耦合结构和谐振器单元逐步进行仿真,再对进行整体仿真完成设计,仿真结果与理论值符合较好。散射参数法设计波导滤波器,可以提高设计效率,缩短研制周期。 A method of designing a waveguide filter with scattering parameter is introduced in this paper,and then an example is presented.Firstly,the structure of a filter is analyzed,and then the ideal scattering parameter(S parameter) of coupling structure between resonators can be worked out with microwave network synthesis and the design theory of filter.Each of the coupling structures and resonances is simulated step by step with the software of high frequency structure simulation(HFSS),the final design is obtained through optimizing the whole filter.The simulation results agree well with the theoretical value.The design on a waveguide filter by using this method can improve the design efficency and shorten the product manufacturing iterations period.
