摘要
目的探讨阴茎海绵体破裂的诊断和治疗。方法对3例阴茎海绵体破裂患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 3例患者均通过病史和查体获得确诊,均急诊行白膜修补手术治疗。术后随访3~24个月,无勃起功能障碍或痛性勃起。结论阴茎海绵体破裂的诊断主要依据典型病史和临床表现,辅助检查可有选择地使用。急诊手术可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of penis cavernous body ruptur.Methods 3 patients with penis cavernous body ruptur were reviewed and analyzed.Results All of the 3 cases were diagnosed by case history and physical examination.All patients were performed emergency operation.The postoperative follow-up time was 3-24months,All of them were good after operation,and none of them had erection dysfunction or erection with pain.Conclusion The diagnosis of the penis cavernous body ruptur is mainly based on clinical findings,Cavernosography,urethrography and ultrasound are not routinely needed.Emergency operation can reduce the complications.
