PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉上段与中下段在肿瘤患者中的效果比较 被引量:19

摘要 目的比较PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉上段与中下段在肿瘤患者中的临床应用效果。方法 2007年10月至2010年6月在我院行PICC的肿瘤患者305例,导管尖端位于上腔静脉上段53例,位于上腔静脉中下段252例,对出现的并发症及留置时间进行比较。结果 PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉的上段处堵管、静脉炎等并发症发生率为28.3%,位于中下段的并发症发生率为15.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉的上段、其留置时间为(100.3±52.0)d,PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉的中下段、其留置时间为(125.2±53.3)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PICC导管尖端位于上腔静脉中下段的肿瘤患者并发症少、留置时间长,其临床应用价值显著高于位于上腔静脉上段者。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of PICC on tumour patients between cacumen on upper segment of superior vena cava and cacumen on the middle-lower segment of superior vena cava.Methods 305 tumour sufferer were performed by remainning PICC during October 2007 to June 2010.53 cases on the upper segment of superior vena cava and 252 cases on the middle-lower segment of superior vena cava.Time of indwelling catheters,and catheter-related complications were recorded.Results The average period of maintaining catheters were(100.3±52.0)d in upper group and(125.2±53.3)d in middle-lower group(P〈0.05).The total incidence of complications was 28.3% in upper group and 15.5% in middle-lower group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Cacumen on the middle-lower segment of superior vena cava is safer and less complications than on the upper segment of superior vena cava.
