抗骨增生片对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织病理形态及MMP-1、TIMP-1的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Anti-boneregeneration Tablets on MMP-1,TIMP-1 and Cartilaginous Pathomorphism in Rabbits with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的:观察抗骨增生片对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织病理形态、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及其抑制剂(TIMP-1)的影响,探讨抗骨增生片是否能调节关节软骨MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达而起到对软骨的保护作用。方法:30只日本大耳白兔随机分为3组:正常对照组(A),模型对照组(B),抗骨增生片组(C)。用1.6%木瓜蛋白酶膝关节腔内注射,建立兔膝骨关节炎模型,C组灌胃给药4周后,观察软骨组织病理形态的变化及软骨中MMP-1、TIMP-1的表达。结果:C组软骨病理损害程度轻于B组(P<0.05),MMP-1表达明显低于B组(P<0.01),TIMP-1表达高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:抗骨增生片能减轻膝骨关节炎关节软骨退行性改变,其对关节软骨的保护作用与调节MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达有关。 Objective: to observe the effect of anti-boneregeneration tablets on MMP-1,TIMP-1 and cartilaginous pathomorphism in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis,so to explore whether the tablets can protect the cartilage by regulating MMP-1 and TIMP-1 expression.Methods: 30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group(A),model group(B) and Tablet group(C).Model rabbits with knee osteoarthritis were made by introcavitary injection with 1.6% papain.4 weeks after administration to C group,pathological changes of cartilage,MMP-1 and TIMP-1 expressions were observed.Results: compared to group B,pathological damage to group C was lighter(P<0.05),MMP-1 expression significantly lower(P<0.01) and TIMP-1 higher(P<0.05).Conclusion: anti-boneregeneration tablets can reduce the knee articular cartilage degeneration,and there is connection between its protective effect and its regulating MMP-1 and TIMP-1 expressions.
