粉本项目是在高速公路半幅通车的情况下进行桥梁改扩建施工,为保证下部墩身混凝土外观质量,采用跟进大护筒套柱模的施工工艺,同时在处理钢筋笼定位和二次清孔上分别使用了浮标定位法和气举法,解决了此类桥梁下部施工的难点。

This project is on the highway demi-opened to traffic in the conducting and expansion of bridge construction.In order to ensure the appearance of concrete piers quality,with casing large-scale construction technology column,meanwhile,respectively using the buoy positioning method and gas lift method in the treatment the steel cage position and the second hole cleaning to solve the difficulties of such a bridge substructure construction.
