摘要
本文报道我们设计的快速轴流CO_2激光器和实验结果,激光器的光学谐振腔为三折Z形折叠半共焦腔,输出耦合镜为GaAs材料,透过率为72%的,得到最大输出功率2530W,电光转换效率最高达到24%。
This paper reports a fast axial flow CO_2 laser designed by our own and the experimental result,discusses some concerned problems with the designing. The optical resonant cavity of the laser is a three-time-folded half-symmetric one with an output coupler of transmissivity of 72% made of GaAs,the maximum output power of 2530w and efficiency of 24% were reached.
