摘要
针对常规溢流监测技术不能准确监测深井早期微量溢流的问题,在充分考察国内外现有溢流监测技术现状的基础上,根据钻井过程中开井、关井、井漏失返3种循环工况,制定了深井早期微量溢流监测方案,形成了深井早期微量溢流监测技术。该技术由具有自主知识产权的井口导管液面监测方法、分离器液面监测方法和环空液面监测方法3部分组成,具有很好的针对性和适用性,可以及时、准确地预报溢流,为溢流控制赢得更多的时间,以确保井控安全。
Conventional technologies to monitor overflow may not accurately monitor early micro overflow of deep well.In this study,some current overflow monitoring technologies at home and abroad are fully investigated at first;and then,according to three cycles of well opening,well shutdown and no-return of lost circulation during drilling,a technology to monitor early overflow of deep well is established.This technology consists of three liquid-level monitoring methods of wellhead conduit,separator and annular space (the last two ones possessing self-owned intellectual property rights;and the first one being applied for domestic patent rights).With time saving,it can accurately predict overflow to ensure a security of well control.
