摘要
针对LLC谐振变换器,提出一种新颖的自驱动同步整流(SR)方案。该方案无需复杂的逻辑控制电路,即能够实现同步整流管的自驱动。该方案结构简单,解决了LLC谐振变换器次级整流二极管损耗问题,提高了谐振变换器的整体功率。最后应用Pspice验证自驱同步整流LLC谐振变换器原理分析和设计的正确性。
A novel self-driven synchronous rectification(SR) program was proposed in this paper for LLC resonant converter,which could realize the self-driven synchronous rectifier without complex control logic circuit.The program organization was simple,but it could resolve the LLC resonant converter secondary rectifier diode loss problems and improve the overall power of the resonant converter.Finally,the correctness of theoretical analysis and the design of LLC resonant converter with self-driven synchronous rectification were verified by Pspice.
