美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Enalapril in Treating Cases with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法:将我院CHF患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,在此基础上观察组给予美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者SV、CO、LVEF均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者SV、CO、LVEF均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论:美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗CHF的临床效果明确,副作用少,值得应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril in treating cases with chronic congestive heart failure.Method：The 60 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into the observing group and the control group.The two groups received the normal treatment,and the observing group received the treatment of metoprolol combined with enalapril.Result：The SV,CO and LVEF in the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The SV,CO and LVEF in the observing group after treatment were superior to those in control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observing group and 73.33% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion：The effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril in treating cases with chronic congestive heart failure is obvious and the side-effect is few,It’s worth being used.
